Mr. Shamshad Ali Ansari is a qualified technical leader and the founding Managing Director of SKConstruction. Since the company's inception, he has overseen all operational and strategic functions, playing a crucial role in shaping its growth trajectory.
With over 20 years of experience in the Indian power sector, Mr. Ansari specializes in the erection and maintenance of turbines, rotary equipment, pumps, cranes, in-situ valve repair, generator servicing, and condenser cleaning. He has successfully led major projects involving 210MW, 500MW, and 660MW units under the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company. His hands-on expertise and leadership continue to steer SKConstruction toward excellence and innovation in power plant services.

Dr. Atul Bansod
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Atul Bansod serves as the Non-Executive Director at SKConstruction. A seasoned project management professional with exceptional team-building and leadership skills, Dr. Bansod brings over four decades of experience from his illustrious career at the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (Eastern Region).
Rising to the rank of Superintending Engineer, he led several critical power projects from planning to commissioning, which now stand as enduring symbols of his foresight and leadership. A doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Bansod is known for his ability to identify talent, mentor teams, and align project execution with organizational goals.
Mr. Naque Ahmad heads the Operations and Maintenance Division at SKConstruction and is also the Managing Director of Caliber Engineering LLP, a subsidiary established under his leadership in 2017. A dual graduate in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering (AME, AMIAE, AMIMI), he brings over 40 years of specialized experience in turbine and boiler valve overhauling, heavy equipment operations, and international service management.
His global exposure includes working across Europe, the Middle East, Japan, and Korea, representing the company in both technical and after-sales capacities. Mr. Ahmad has earned more than 34 awards and certificates, marking his commitment to excellence and technical precision.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandit is a highly respected expert in the operation and maintenance of power plant equipment. His experience spans across major projects involving boiler-to-chimney execution, FGD systems, and gas power plants (including HRSGs, bypass stacks, and GT/ST piping and ducting) at companies like ADANI, LANCO, L&T, and THERMAX. Renowned for his quality-driven approach, he has played a vital role in achieving MSME certification for the company, reinforcing SKConstruction’s commitment to compliance and standards.
Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta serves as the Chief Financial Officer of SKConstruction, bringing over 24 years of extensive experience in financial management within the construction sector. Having held senior positions across various firms, Mr. Gupta now oversees the financial operations of the entire organization. His strategic financial oversight, coupled with a collaborative approach and industry acumen, continues to strengthen the company’s financial foundation and support its growth ambitions.
